Many company errors can only be caught as the situation unfolds. The company can change a value that you have no way of pulling up after the fact. Waiting until an unusual situation occurs is too late. We not only pull many HI1s and HSSs each day, but we get info from four other reports and integrate the information to make sure you are getting paid everything you are owed.
Here is a simple example. Hybrid guarantee is reported in an HI1 at the beginning of the month (as shown highlighted below in item 1). But shortly after, that number just disappears (item 2). It has to be captured at the beginning of the month so we can make sure you get paid your guarantee.
