You are not required to use the app to receive benefit from our service. Our system monitors many aspects of your monthly pay and will flag discrepancies. We analyze those and contact you when there is possible money that can be recovered from company errors or oversights. Many pilots have received hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars back without opening the app.
That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t open the app. We cannot, for instance, compare your pay check directly and you may notice some things we missed. We are always working to improve.
